Running a great event is one thing. Marketing it is another.
Race directors are rarely short on passion. But marketing an event well takes expertise, data and time most organisers can't spare. Maybe you're trying to grow and hitting a wall, or maybe your event is doing well but could still benefit from a specialist marketing team.
Traditional agencies charge for the work regardless of the outcome; doing it yourself means finding time and expertise you probably don't have. We take it off your plate — and grow registrations by an average of more than 35% while we're at it.
A growth partner, not an agency.
We don't charge upfront. Our fees are tied to your growth, so the team planning and delivering your marketing is accountable for the results. You get real people who know this industry, who you can reach, who take ownership of the results, and who only profit when you grow.

How it works
No upfront fees. No retainer. Our fees are tied directly to measurable growth in your entries and revenue, which means our interests are aligned with yours from day one. We invest our expertise, our time and our accountability, and we only profit when you do.
Once your event grows past last year's total, a larger growth fee applies to those extra entries. So the bulk of what we earn comes from the growth we help create, not from the event you already had.
Last year's final entry number sets the benchmark. Up to that number, entries carry only a small base fee, enough to partially cover setting up and running your account, and anything already in the bank before we start is free.
What we do
We plan and run your marketing across every channel that matters: website, social, email, paid media and search. And we produce the content that feeds them, from event films to photography. We take it all off your plate and own the results, so you can focus on delivering a great event.

This is for you if…
- You've built a great event but don't have the time or expertise to market it properly.
- You're doing well already, but you sense there's more in it with the right team behind you.
- You'd love to bring in an agency or hire someone, but the upfront cost feels too risky.
- You'd rather focus on delivering a brilliant event than wrestling with ad accounts and email campaigns.

Nothing upfront. Every entry carries a small base fee that partially covers setting up and running your account, and anything already in the bank before we start is free. Once your event grows past last year's numbers, a larger growth fee applies to those extra entries. So the bulk of what we earn comes from growth we've actually delivered. We'll walk you through the exact numbers for your event when we talk.
Then we've earned very little, and that's by design: the risk sits with us, not you. But you're not left empty-handed. Everything we've built stays yours: brand work, a new website, all the campaigns and assets, plus the months of your own time we've saved. Even in the worst case, you come out ahead.
Most agencies charge upfront and get paid whether they deliver or not. We don't. The same team that plans your campaigns is accountable for running them, and we only profit when your entries grow. You're not paying for activity, you're sharing in results.
No one knows your event better than you do. We're not here to take it over, we're here to work alongside you and build on everything you've created. Every event is different, and what makes yours special is something only you truly understand. Our job is to amplify that, not replace it.
Access to your marketing channels and past data, and a library of photos and video we can market with. We'll also need a little of your time early on, so we can learn your event and what makes it special. From there, we take it on.
We're selective, because our fees depend on growth and it wouldn't be fair to take on an event we can't move. We work best with established events that have plenty of room to grow, and a decent bank of photos and videos we can use for content creation. If that's you, we'd love to talk. If it's not quite yet, we'll be honest about it and give you a few pointers to help anyway.
Yes. Entries run through the Race Space platform, for a few good reasons. It's how we measure the growth our fees are based on, so everything stays transparent, and it's built to convert: there's little point driving more people to your entry page if a clunky checkout loses them at the final step. It needn't add to your costs, either. Accelerator partners get a discounted rate, and you can offset some of the fees by setting your own transaction fee on entries.
It starts with a conversation. If we're a good fit, you'll complete a short questionnaire so we can get to know your events properly. Then we run a workshop together, build out your positioning and campaign plan, and once it's agreed, we get to work.

Tell us about your event
Whether you're ready to grow or just weighing it up, we'd love to hear what you're building. Tell us a bit about your event and we'll be in touch to talk it through, honestly, including whether we think we're the right fit.
