Northern Lights Ultra

❄️ The Northern Lights Ultra is a 5‑day, 290km multi‑stage foot or ski race deep in Canada’s Northwest Territories, following the frozen Peel River through one of the most remote Arctic regions on Earth.
🌬️ By day, you’ll push through vast wilderness with temperatures dropping as low as –44°C, navigating frozen river systems, open tundra and the edge of the Richardson Mountains.
🌌 By night, you’ll camp under skies lit by the Aurora Borealis, experiencing the Arctic in its most breathtaking and unforgiving form.
💪 This is a true test of endurance, self‑reliance and mental strength — a journey where isolation, extreme cold and raw nature shape every stage.

Refunds

  • You may Refund yourself the entry cost less 100% until 27/08/2028.
  • You may Refund yourself the entry cost less 50% until 27/11/2028.
  • You may Refund yourself the entry cost less 25% until 31/01/2029.

Instalment Plan

  • You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
  • There is an additional fee of 1% + £0.50 for each instalment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.
