From Hay‑on‑Wye to Pontneddfechan and Llangynidir, these routes deliver everything: rolling plateaus, steep ascents, forest singletrack, Pen y Fan, Corn Du, Crybyn, long ridge runs and dramatic descents. The scenery is spectacular, the navigation straightforward, and the support top‑class with well‑stocked checkpoints and mountain safety teams. 🌄✨

The 100‑mile out‑and‑back is a true test — 44 summits, night navigation and a full traverse of the national park. The 50‑mile and 50km routes offer fast, runnable mountain terrain with big climbs and huge views. The 21‑mile trail race gives a shorter but equally stunning ridgeline journey back to Hay‑on‑Wye.
