Brecon to Cardiff Ultra

A 70km fully marked point‑to‑point ultra from Brecon to Nantgarw, following the historic Taff Trail.


Starting in the dramatic landscapes of Bannau Brycheiniog, the route winds past waterfalls, reservoirs and mountain railways before heading south through Wales’s industrial heritage.

A classic mountain‑to‑city ultra and one of the UK’s must‑do running adventures. 🏃‍♂️🌄

  • You may Refund yourself the entry cost less 25% until 14/09/2026.
  • You may Refund yourself the entry cost less 50% until 14/12/2026.

Credits

  • You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of £0.00 until 14/09/2026.
  • You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of 25% of your ticket price until 14/12/2026.
  • You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of 50% of your ticket price until 14/01/2027.
  • You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of 75% of your ticket price until 31/01/2027.
  • You will have 12 months (from the date of the event) to spend your credit. You may also use your credit to enter someone else.

Instalment Plan

  • You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
  • There is an additional fee of 1% + £0.50 for each instalment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.
