  • You may Refund yourself the entry cost less 100% until 15 days after you purchase.

Instalment Plan

  • You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
  • There is an additional fee of 1% + £0.50 for each instalment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.

Date change for Wimbleball Trail Races

Dear Wimbleball Trail Racers

We've decided to move the Wimbleball Trail Races back from Friday evening 28th August to Saturday 29th August starting from 9.30am. We think the new time will work better for people travelling down for the Festival weekend.

If you're happy with the new time you don't need to do anything! You'll automatically be moved over.

If you can't make the new time just reply to this email & we're happy to move you to one of our other events or refund you in full
