Ultra X Wales 2027
Nestled in the hills of the Brecon Beacons / Bannau Brycheiniog, Ultra X Wales is an adventure that explores the Black Mountains to the East of the National Park, starting just north of Abergavenny in July each year. This new event offers perfect running trails for experienced and first-time trail runners who wish to test themselves across a mix of runnable and technical trails, with beautiful vistas, across one of 8 distances - 100 miles, 110k single stage, 110k multi stage, 60k, 50k, 25k and 'The Dash' (10km).

Refunds
Credits
- You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of £25.00 until 12/06/2027.
- You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of 50% of your ticket price until 24/07/2027.
- You will have 12 months (from the date of the event) to spend your credit. You may also use your credit to enter someone else.

Ticket Transfers
- You may transfer your ticket to another of our events for a fee of £25.00 until the cutoff date of 16/07/2027. After this date ticket transfers are no longer possible.

Ticket Substitutions
- You may substitute your ticket to someone else for a fee of £25.00 until the cutoff date of 16/07/2027. After this date ticket substitutions are no longer possible.

Instalment Plan
- You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
- There is an additional fee of 1% + £0.50 for each instalment.
- You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.
