MediTerra Malta 2027
MediTerra Malta Tri Weekend is a sun-soaked Mediterranean triathlon experience that blends sports, adventure and sun into one unforgettable escape. Set on Malta’s spectacular coast, the weekend brings together athletes, friends and families for a carefully curated programme of events in warm, reliable late-May conditions.
Across the weekend you’ll find something for everyone from the flagship off-road Olympic-distance triathlon to shorter experience races, relays, an aquathlon, trail runs and dedicated kids events.
Saturday 29th May
Full Off-Road Triathlon (Olympic Distance)
The complete adventure across Malta’s coast and trails.
Swim: 1500m
Bike: 30km
Run: 11km
Triathlon Experience (Short Course)
A more accessible option with the same scenery and atmosphere, less technical riding.
Swim: 750m
Bike: 10km
Run: 6km
Triathlon Relay
Build a team of three and take on one discipline each. Perfect for friends, clubs, or first-timers who want the experience without doing all three legs.
Aquathlon
Swim + run only. No bike required.
Swim: 1500m
Run: 11km
6K Trail Run
Short, punchy, and scenic. One loop of the iconic course. Great for both newcomers and fast trail runners.
Sunday 30th May
Kids Duathlon
Bike + run event in Majjistral Nature Park. Age-group waves with suitable distances.
Kids Fun Run
Run-only event. Open to all ages and abilities.

Ticket Transfers
- You may transfer your ticket to another of our events for a fee of €2.00 until the cutoff date of 22/05/2027. After this date ticket transfers are no longer possible.

Ticket Substitutions
- You may substitute your ticket to someone else for a fee of €2.00 until the cutoff date of 22/05/2027. After this date ticket substitutions are no longer possible.

Instalment Plan
- You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
- There is an additional fee of 1% + €0.50 for each instalment.
- You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.
