Kilimanjaro Trail Run 2026
Kilimanjaro Trail Run is a weekend of four trail running events on the highest mountain in Africa and the tallest freestanding mountain in the world.
We have a race for every runner in your group!
Event distances on offer are half marathon and ultra marathons of 50, 65, and 75km.

Refunds, Transfers, Substitutions
Refunds
- You may Refund yourself the entry cost less $80.00 until 29/07/2026.

Ticket Transfers
- You may transfer your ticket to another of our events for a fee of $50.00 until the cutoff date of 07/29/2026. After this date ticket transfers are no longer possible.

Ticket Substitutions
- You may substitute your ticket to someone else for a fee of $50.00 until the cutoff date of 07/29/2026. After this date ticket substitutions are no longer possible.

Instalment Plan
- You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
- There is an additional fee of 1% + $0.50 for each instalment.
- You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.
